Trade name

The brand name a home is marketed under, usually printed on the data plate and on the name plate or logo on the front end or entry-door side of the home. A single manufacturer can sell its homes under several trade names, so the trade name and the manufacturer may differ. Give the brand as it appears on the home, title or data plate, since that is what carrier make lists key on, not a parent company.
