State modular label

The label a state’s building program requires on a modular home to certify it was built to the state-adopted code, usually the IRC. It is usually at the electrical panel, under the kitchen sink or in a bedroom closet, and its presence with no red HUD label outside is the clearest sign a home is modular rather than manufactured.
